OVERVIEW
This chemical reactor company came to us because they needed some redesign and customization of chemical reactors, but they also needed a company that could perform light manufacturing to build these to order. The found a capable partner for all of these tasks in D2 Realization.
D2 Realization was able to update and create several custom versions for different needs. The reactor company’s clients each had their own chemistry that they used in the reactor. D2 create several versions from high-grade stainless steel to reactor made from more exotic materials like Hastelloy.
We were then able to take the project even further and create some explosion-proof designs that were able to be successfully installed in a production facility that needed the high reactor throughput these devices produced.
